SpecGrade warrants to the end user that each product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of:

All Product Series Except for the Basics Series (FL, MFL & WP Series)

• LED Board: 5‐years from date of purchase.
• Drivers: 5‐years from date of purchase.
• Housings: 5‐years from date of purchase

Basics Series (FL, MFL & WP, Series)

• LED Board: 5‐years from date of purchase.
• Drivers: 3‐years from date of purchase.

SpecGrade shall have no obligation to replace or repair a defective product until customer returns the defective product to SpecGrade.

Should a defect in material or workmanship occur within the warranted period, it will be repaired or replaced with the same SpecGrade product or functionality equivalent product at our discretion. SpecGrade will not honor any claim for improperly installed fixtures or when modifications have been made. No charges backs or charges for labor or materials will be honored without the prior written consent of SpecGrade.

SpecGradeLED’s sole liability for defective products shall be to repair or replace the defective products as set forth above. SpecGrade hereby disclaims and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SpecGrade shall not be liable for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly, arising from the use of such products or for consequential damages.
